OK transfer has gone through. It took about 4 hours of rubbish to glean a vital bit of information from CCP that my bank's payment gateway were down at the time. I'm still stunned by that process - worst customer service I've ever seen, bar none....

I can't currently transfer the character, either the site is playing up (Error: Not Authorized) or I've been struck down with a CC issue for the transfer. Although I've confirmed with the bank there's no apparent issues. Good one, CCP.

I'm in the process of trying to transfer a characer, and I'm receiving: Error: Not authorized Can any confirm its actually a site/gateway problem or not? My CC is fine, just checked that, wouldn't think CCP would have any problem accepting cash...
